Delta Phi Mu sisters pride in the fact that their organization promotes and encourages a life-long membership. Sisters from all over the country return to Alpha Chapter at various points in the year to attend Alpha Chapter traditional events such as the annual Hispanic Heritage Show and Founder's Weekend. Through the networking between sisters of diverse backgrounds and educations, current sisters have access to job postings, advice about potential companies and cities, and more.
